Welcome to Ecclé's Authentic Jamaican J Sauce! I'm Eccle Sterling, and my journey has been beautiful blend of family, faith, and a passion for nourishing others. Born from my Jamaican roots and shaped by my experiences in Florida, I turned a simple family recipe into a heartfelt business. My sauces are crafted with love, reflecting my belief that food should not only satisfy but also heal.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Eccles Jerk Sauce was created with love by our founder, a Mother grand mother who learned the art of cooking from her mother. Every bottle is crafted from scratch and packed with flavor that friends and family can’t get enough of
